Your support as a coach, athlete or cultural mentor, event organizer, travel coordinator, fundraiser, or additional roles will help transform lives for future generations.

-Coaching Assistance: Volunteers with experience can help athletes to develop their skills and prepare for competitions.
- Mentorship: Experienced athletes can share personal insights on maintaining focus, managing pressure, and setting long-term goals for athletic and personal success.
- Cultural Exchange Preparation: persons with intercultural experience can help prepare athletes for cultural exchange experiences by facilitating workshops on both First Nations and host country customs and etiquette.
- Cultural Mentorship: Support cultural learning for athletes, helping them connect with their Indigenous backgrounds.
- Fundraising: Organize fundraising events, secure donations, and grow relationships with sponsors.
- Events: Help plan and run gatherings and camps to ensure that athletes and families have safe and fulfilling experiences.
- Community Outreach: Engage with First Nations athletes and communities, businesses or individuals to build awareness and participation.
- Travel Coordination: Assist with travel arrangements for athletes and their families by helping with passports, application for visas and ETIAS, identification documents, travel guardianship documents, criminal records checks, communications technology support, or local logistics.
- Family Liaison: Provide support to young athletes and families, particularly those traveling overseas for the first time, by offering guidance on navigating new environments, airports, and international settings.
- Remote Support: Support athletes and families during international travel, ensuring that participants are safe and supported.
- Grant Writing: Assist with researching, writing, or preparing grant applications to secure funding.
- Financial Management Assistance: Support budget planning to ensure smooth operation and transparency.
- Social Media: Help manage our online presence, take social media photos, promote events, and update supporters about the team’s progress.
- Newsletter: Share updates with participants and supporters in First Nations and other communities
- Media Coverage: Help record the athletes' journey—both their sports training and cultural exchange experiences for promotional materials, fundraising efforts, or to share with community members.
- Life Skills Workshops: Lead or assist in delivering life skills training, such as personal wellness, financial literacy, or leadership development for the young athletes.
- Cross-Cultural Dialogue Facilitators: Facilitate discussions on leadership, race, culture, and reconciliation between Indigenous and non-Indigenous groups during community events or exchanges.
- Mental Health Support: Professionals in mental health can volunteer to support the athletes’ emotional wellbeing through counseling or workshops on resilience and stress management.
- Physical Health Trainers: Volunteers with a background in physical training or physiotherapy can assist in keeping the athletes in peak physical condition through personalized training programs or injury prevention workshops.
